How We Work
DISCOVERY
Are you are looking to make a change to your workspace?
Workplace design for health and wellbeing can lead to increased productivity, a reduction in stress, and integrate design principles that support positive health and wellbeing. It is an effective way to support teams with various functions and work needs, and can tackle challenges experienced when working from home.
We invite you to engage in a design process that is focused on creating a space that is functional, inspiring, and designed to support the physical and mental health of you and your teams.
Take a look through our Resources pages to find more information on Workplace Design for Health & Wellbeing - case studies, evidence-based design, research and current projects.
Consultation
If you would like to discuss your project in more detail, book a free, 30-minute consultation to explore how an evidence-based design approach can improve your workplace wellbeing, productivity and performance.
Booking a consultation is a commitment-free way to learn more.
During our consultation, we will have a chance to share a bit more about our design process and past projects, and it’s a chance to get to know more about you and what your goals are for your project.
We will review the various for ways we may choose to work together, discuss timelines and budget considerations, inspiration and next steps.
Collaboration
Once we’ve had a chance to meet, and depending on your project requirements, we may decide to work together!
Ways that we typically proceed with clients:
Design Concept & Project Plan: We can develop an overall design plan for your space that is specific to the goals you have for your project. This design plan can then be implemented at a time that suits you.
Professional Design Services: For new and/or redesign projects, we can be a part of your project team to ensure a smooth implementation of your workplace design.
Research: We work with clients in a research capacity to integrate the most up-to-date information into their broader health & wellbeing strategy. We offer training and guest speaking engagements to empower you and your team to reconsider your spaces from a perspective of improved health and wellbeing.
** Please note that a limited number of projects are taken on at a time. Work Made Well is a small team of independent designers and researchers with diverse interests, and we want to ensure we have the right team and the right resources in place before taking on a new challenge.
