About
Work Made Well is a research-based design studio from the West of Ireland.
Ainslie Peters is the Founder of Work Made Well, and she works with a select team of designers and researchers in implementing innovative design projects, collaborative initiatives and leading research in design for health and wellbeing.
With over 10 years experience in furniture and interior design, design research and education, Ainslie recently completed an MA in Interior Design for Health & Wellbeing, and this sparked the creation of Work Made Well
This intensive, 2-year programme allowed Ainslie to learn from and explore, in depth, the leading studies, projects and designers that are committed to ensuring better design for people and planet. Her research focused on the connection between creativity and wellbeing, and strategies for ensuring creativity is fostered in workplaces through interior design interventions.
